What We Do

Turn Victims into Victors For Generations To Come.

At Cece’s Hope Center we know that you want to give hope to those sexually exploited and trafficked. You care about justice and protection, yet because the sheer scale of this issue it often leads would-be supporters to feeling overwhelmed and helpless. This creates an analysis paralysis in some while spurring others into vigilante efforts that often result in negative impact. Like You, our team has experienced those feelings and we knew there needed to be a better way–A way to connect supporters like you to real generational Impact through your generosity. We believe that the world shouldn’t be robbed of your impact. Which is why we created Cece’s. With over a combined 75 years of experience navigating the unique challenges of trafficking and exploitation, we know what it takes to create generational change to move victims to victors. And you can be a part of the movement too by becoming what we call a Hope Ambassador. Become a Hope Ambassador and help us restore entire generations from the effects of Sex Trafficking and Exploitation.

What Differentiates Us

Our Approach

CeCe’s Hope Center improves the lives and future of 18–30 -year-old females who are at risk or are survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation by bridging the gap in available services and support. We provide housing, emotional and mental services, life skills, and a structured plan for a 12-month period in a safe, caring, and nurturing home environment. Why 12-months? Our many years of research shows that 12-months of transition through a structured program provides the perfect foundation for the transition from the past to a future filled with hope and independence.

How WE Create Victors:

Cece’s Choices Resident Program

Phase One: Learning A New Way

This first phase is all about getting our residents acclimated to their new surroundings and prepared for the next 12 months. Their success in the program is greatly predicated on their ability to assimilate and get comfortable in their new home.

Phase Two: Living In The Present

Phase Two is focused on creating the routines these young women will need to develop for successful independence. They learn how to create consistency from day to day, and the importance of contributing along with their housemates to create a successful home atmosphere.

Phase Three: Thriving In The Journey

This phase begins their journey into new career  and educational opportunities. The ladies will begin mentoring newly arrived housemates as well. The goal will be to increase their capacity to become self-sustaining.

Phase Four: Transitioning To Independence

As the Ladies consistently improve, they will enter the final phase: their transitional plan guiding them towards independence. During this phase they will solidify their career trajectory and a new place to live as they progress towards graduation.
